At Choose Hope, we empower families with education, support, and hope. Below are three educational programs that are available to the public at no charge to help you on your journey.

Program: Pregnancy Education

Pregnancy can feel overwhelming, especially when it’s unplanned — but you are not alone. Our caring team at Choose Hope Women’s Center is here to walk beside you every step of the way.

Our Pregnancy Education Program offers one-on-one sessions designed to inform, encourage, and equip you for a healthy pregnancy and confident parenting. Each free session includes a 20–30 minute video followed by a personal discussion with your trained volunteer.

Topics include:

  • Prenatal care & fetal development
  • Nutrition, exercise, and common discomforts
  • Emotions & mental health
  • Labor, birth & postpartum care
  • Bonding with your baby

Each session is tailored to your stage of pregnancy and personal needs. The program is educational and supportive but not a substitute for medical care.

Parenting is one of the most important — and rewarding — journeys you’ll ever take.
